Discount codes are case-sensitive, so they may not work if you're using lower-case letters. (We always use capitals.) Also bear in mind that codes have expiration dates and other terms and restrictions. They may require a minimum purchase, for example. If you know you have a valid code and it is being properly entered but still isn't working, use the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page to tell us about it.
Once a book order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment chain. We are not able to change the address manually. If you entered an incorrect shipping address with your order, best to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct shipping information.
For orders of paperback books on this site, you currently (as of April 2021) have two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. Orders are fulfilled by multiple fulfillment partners, which get faster delivery to you by keeping copies stored in multiple warehouses around the state and the country. These fulfillment partners also use multiple partnered carriers for delivery, so your package may be delivered by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or a third-party contractor.
Standard Shipping orders are typically shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed, and typically arrive a few days after shipment (transit time depends on your location). Standard shipping is FREE anywhere in the Continental US. Other locations require shipping charges.
Expedited Shipping orders are typically shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed, and typically arrive another 1-3 days after shipment.
Shipping times and carriers can't be guaranteed; these are just guidelines. Particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, warehouses and delivery carriers have experienced longer-than-normal delivery timeframes. Rest assured we're working hard to get you your order as quickly as possible.
